Basis Coffee products are food products only. Nothing on this website, in our marketing materials, in our product descriptions, or in any communication from Basis Coffee constitutes medical advice, health advice, or a claim that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
References to "performance," "output," or "focus" on this site are general lifestyle descriptions only and are not intended as health or medical claims. Our mushroom coffee product, Basis Sharpener, contains Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi mushroom powder. These ingredients are not approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
If you have a health condition or dietary concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming our products.
No organic claims
Basis Coffee does not hold USDA Organic certification. No product sold at basis.coffee is represented as certified organic. Any reference to sourcing or farming practices does not imply organic certification.
Fairtrade
Basis Reserve: Colombia is sourced from Fairtrade certified farms. The Fairtrade certification applies to the sourcing of the coffee beans only and is administered by the relevant certifying body. Basis Coffee makes no additional claims beyond the scope of that certification.
Caffeine
Our products contain caffeine. Caffeine sensitivity varies by individual. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a heart condition, or are sensitive to caffeine, consult a healthcare professional before consuming our products. Basis Amplified contains a higher caffeine content than our other products due to its Arabica and Robusta blend composition.
K-Cup compatibility
Basis Daily Pods are compatible with Keurig® brewers. Basis Coffee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Keurig® and K-Cup® are registered trademarks of Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.
NDIA mission contribution
Basis Coffee donates 5% of revenue from every purchase to the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA), a registered nonprofit organization. This contribution is made at the brand level and is not tax-deductible by the customer. Basis Coffee is not affiliated with or endorsed by NDIA. Intellectual property
The Basis Coffee name, logo, tagline ("The basis of every good day."), product names, website design, and all written content at basis.coffee are the intellectual property of Basis Coffee. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any of these assets without written permission is prohibited.

basis.coffee may contain links to third-party websites including digitalinclusion.org and our fulfillment partners. These links are provided for reference only. Basis Coffee is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website.
Fulfillment
Basis Coffee products are roasted and fulfilled by third-party roasting partners. Basis Coffee does not operate its own roasting facility. All products meet FDA labeling requirements and are produced in FDA-compliant facilities.
